This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate of Bnayyan Muhammad Hamad, a detainee who died at Theater Internment Facility (TIF), Camp Cropper, Baghdad, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Hamad was admitted to the TIF Camp hospital suffering from pneumonia. The Report states that Mr. Hamad then developed Septic & Cardiogenic shock, which led to multi-organ failure. Cause of Death: Acute & Organizing Diffuse Alvcolar Damage; Manner of Death: Natural.
