This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate of Abid-Es Hamad-Mashadani, a detainee who died while in US custody. It is reported that Mr. Hamad-Mashadani was transferred to the 344th Field Hospital (FH) from a detention center. Upon arrival at the 344th FH Mr. Hamad-Mashadani's condition required surgery.
