This is the Autopsy Report and Death Certificate of Abed Mohamed Najem, a detainee at Abu Ghraib Prison, Baghdad, Iraq. The Report states that Mr. Abed Mohamed Najem was in a detainee collection area when he complained of chest pains, then collapsed. Medics were called and CPR and other life saving measures were initiated, but failed to revive him. Mr. Najem was pronounced dead at the scene by a responding physician.
